40 seatings but they receive over 100,000 booking monthly !!!!This restaurant is located in Denmark and has been voted the best in the world for 2011 (also for 2010). I'm not sure if I will be ever has the chance to visit Noma but one thing for sure the food is beautiful ...visually.
For years people talk about Fat Duck or El Buli or probably Daniel but Noma is the best at this point of discussion. For some food experience Noma style please look for its video in Youtube. And the chef ..the young René Redzepi (who worked at El Buli before) is the best chef in the world.
