I was recommended to this service center by the salesperson when I bought my Proton Exora. It's located not far from Meru and inside the Pantai Baru auto complex. The first thing that you'll get after servicing registration is a RM 2 food coupon to be spend at the cafe (not bad , because at other service center you'll get nothing).
The waiting area is not bad because you'll get free WIFI. There's also cable TV available plus the magazines. Also few LCD monitor will inform you the status of your car from checking by technician until the last stage which is washing. Waiting time will take between 1 to 2 hours (or more) depending on the cars being serviced.
It's one of the better service center so far and should be followed by other service center.

I like that concept of a service center. It seems very civilized, and although I hate taking my car in for service, a good breakfast would do wonders for my mood. I wonder though, what do they do for the customer at the cashier's station to lessen the shock and pain of the repair bill?
Proton service center......i have an expensive lesson too.......but it was a history now.....

Agree with you on reducing the pain especially when paying the servicing bills. As a customer we need to be extra alert to avoid overcharging by them

Doc, you're not alone (I had few ) but the quality of some centers today are much better compare to few years back.Hope you agree with me on this
