KMICE 2010@KTIt's normal for an academician like me to attend academic conference. It's like an opportunity to meet people especially the experts , getting the latest feedback and at the same time presenting paper.
Last 2010 I attended one conference on Knowledge Management in KT. Organized by UUM probably the only International conference concentrating on KM in this country. The running of the conference what not bad. Having it in Kuala Terengganu give me the chance to experience the beauty of KT and of course the Crystal Mosque.

Looks like it was a fruitful and enjoyable trip, Abang Rizal! My mother is from Kuala Terengganu, so many of the landmarks you mentioned are familiar to me. I remember places like the Kuala Ibai mosque, the keropok lekor shop in Losong, the former "Pantai Primula" Hotel, the erstwhile turtle statue at Bulatan Ladang, Cosmo Club, Masjid Negeri, Kampung Cina and Merdeka Bridge from my childhood.

I saw "Primula" on the podium in your picture and I wondered if that is the same Primula hotel where I stayed for an enjoyable visit to Terengganu in the previous century/millenium.

Wow, never thought that you're connected to the east coast. Anyway it's really a wonderful place, complete with everything. Just nice for a short 'vacation' like this one.

If I'm not mistaken that's the only primula in KT. Very high chances that's the one my friend.
